A bit about us…
Cape Prestige always wanted to do things a little differently from the others in our industry.
Decisions about where to live, what to buy, what to rent and even whether to relocate are some of the hardest we ever face. We aim to make your decisions and the associated processes as easy and straightforward as possible.
I personally relocated from the UK several years ago for a new life here in South Africa and remain excited to this day about what is an amazing country and truly a better lifestyle. However, the process of finding a home and life here was hugely frustrated by a lack of understanding and urgency from the people with whom I was then dealing.
Cape Prestige was born from this experience, aiming to offer a fast efficient service to people in that same position, understanding your needs and solving problems whilst reducing your stress levels, not adding to them.
We pride ourselves in our fast responses to clients, our reliable property management services and our at all times being responsive to your needs.
